Arrived at 3 p.m. to order a pan-bagnat, he was missing tomatoes. Without further ado, he offered me a 5-minute wait and went off to buy fresh tomatoes. I love this sense of customer service! And the pan-bagnat was very good, I'll be back!

Small, seemingly insignificant but effective snack bar, large terrace, fresh produce, sandwiches made to order. Mainly local customers. If you're at the port of Nice, don't hesitate to walk 5 minutes up Boulevard Carnot. Open only on weekdays and at lunchtime.
